1.Pork Rib-Eye Medallions-  Ember crusted pork rib-eye medallions over a savory tomatillo sauce with a cilantro-lime sour cream.  Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

2.Flounder-  Pan fried flounder fillet with fresh lump crab meat, grilled asparagus and a rich hollendaise sauce.  Served with mashed potatoes and the vegetable du jour.

3. Sweet Potato Risotto-  Creamy risotto tossed with sweet potatoes, dried cherries, candy walnuts, Gruyere cheese, and brown sugar served with toasted baguette.
