Grilled Cheese of The Week: August 30th-September 4th:  Grilled pretzel roll with buffalo chicken and 4 cheese sauce, served with your choice of soup.  $6.22

 First Course

 Stuffed Squash-$4

Roasted local yellow squash stuffed with sundried tomatoes, chive, and vegetables drizzled with basil oil and balsamic reduction.

 Chicken Skewer-$4

Tender chicken and andouille sausage grilled on a skewer with mango habanera sauce.

 Second Course

 Arugula Salad- $5

Fresh Arugula, baby greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bleu cheese dressed with pomegranate vinaigrette.

Squash and Bean Soup- $5

Hearty vegetable soup with local yellow squash, fresh green beans, heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs.

 Main Course

 Grilled Pork- $18

Cracked pepper crusted pork chop, sweet onion puree, and fresh arugula with pomegranate dressing, served with green beans and sweet potato hash.

  Steamed Salmon – $19

Fresh Atlantic salmon steamed with butter, Lionshead pilsner, and mirepoix vegetables, served with green beans, and mashed Yukon potatoes.

Mussels Normandy- $18

Black Mussels, bay scallops, bacon, granny smith apples, and shallots tossed with linguine noodles in a rich brandy cream sauce finished with Tabasco butter and chives.

Corn Crusted Chicken- $17

Pineapple marinated chicken breast crusted with Cajun seasoned corn served with a sweet plantain and bacon puree, green beans and sweet potato hash.

 Dessert

 Chocolate Cheesecake- $6

Rich double Godiva chocolate cheesecake served with fresh strawberries.

Wildberry Custard – $6

Vanilla custard in a tasty graham cracker shell topped with assorted berries and powdered sugar.
