Dinner Specials for this evening:

Soups: *Bacon, Blue Cheese and Potato, and Winter Mediterranean

Entrees: *Crab Stuffed Chicken Saltenbocco: over rice and asparagus with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and capers in a cream sauce. *Four Cheese Stuffed Tilapia (only 2 left): stuffed with mascarpone, goat & cream cheese, finished w/ asiago breadcrumbs and lemon beurre blanc. Served with asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes on the side.

Pork Chop- Grilled pork chop over butternut squash purree. Topped with bacon and onion jam and finished with spiced pepitos and raspberry balsamic. Served with our vegetable du jour.

Wine Features:

Chamisal Chardonnay- California (stainless steel/unoaked chardonnay)

Malbec Challenge- Entrada (Chile); Altosur (Argentina) and Route 22 (Argentina)- three half glasses to compare and contrast.
