1. Italian Sausage- Seared sweet Italian rope sausage tossed with roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, garlic confit, and wilted kale with asiago cheese.  Served with sliced baguette.

2. Risotto- Creamy arborio rice tossed with diced avocado, corn, red pepper and zucchini with fresh cilantro.  Served with sliced baguette.

3. Orange Tilapia-  Pan seared fillet of tilapia over an herb risotto with orange segments, sauteed spinach, and our mandarin orange coulis.

4. Duck Ragu-  Slow roasted duck in a rich vegetable, tomato sauce over penne pasta.  Served with sliced baguette.
