Tuesday Only- Peel’n’eat Shrimp Night:  1/2 pound of jumbo shrimp boiled in Stone Ruination IPA served with cocktail sauce and infused drawn butter.  $9.00

First Course

Poached Peach-$4

White wine, butter and brandy poached peach garnished with apple cinnamon coulis and walnut.

 Seared Tuna-$4

Medium rare Ahi tuna topped with fresh watermelon-jalapeno salsa and balsamic reduction.

 Second Course

 Green Leaf Salad- $5

Green leaf lettuce, local heirloom tomatoes, red onion and homemade chunky blue cheese and garlic chive dressing.

 Crawfish Bisque- $5

Boiled Crawfish, corn, okra, peppers and heirloom tomatoes in a rich cream soup.

 Main Course

 Fried Flounder- $19

Panko breaded flounder fillet topped with peach puree, prosciutto cracklings, and grilled nectarines, served with Caribbean rice and vegetable du jour.

  Shrimp Pasta – $18

Sauteed shrimp, red bell peppers, and wild mushrooms in a rich cream sauce topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes and Spanish manchego cheese.

 Grilled Pork- $17

Eight ounce pepper marinated pork chop topped with andouille sausage and charred green onions,  served with roasted mini potatoes and vegetable du jour.

 Dessert

 Chocolate Cake- $6

Rich chocolate cake with oreo chunks served with chocolate syrup and Homestead Creamery Cookies’n’Cream ice cream.

 Turtle Cheesecake – $6

Individual chocolate, caramel and pecan cheesecake served with homemade bourbon caramel.

Roasted purple cherry tomatoes stuffed with pesto and mozzarella cheese drizzled with balsamic reduction.

Napa cabbage, roasted beets, kalamata olives, feta cheese, walnut dust and watermelon sauce.

 Crab Linguine – $18

Fried crab balls and sliced avocado served on top of linguine noodles tossed with corn salsa, red peppers and fresh parsley in a lobster cream sauce.

 Brown Sugar Chicken – $17

Brown sugar and ginger rubbed chicken breast served with almond-amaretto paste, fresh apple cinnamon sauce, crisp granny smith apples, vegetable du jour and roasted potatoes.
