 First Course

 Roasted Tomatoes-$4

Roasted purple cherry tomatoes stuffed with pesto and mozzarella cheese drizzled with balsamic reduction.

 Seared Tuna-$4

Medium rare Ahi tuna served with mango coulis, fried plantain strips and cilantro.

 Second Course

 Napa Cabbage Salad- $5

Napa cabbage, roasted beets, kalamata olives, feta cheese, walnut dust and watermelon sauce.

 Crawfish Bisque- $5

Boiled Crawfish, corn, okra, peppers and heirloom tomatoes in a rich cream soup.

 Main Course

 Bluenose Sea bass – $19

Prosciutto wrapped sea bass fillet served with an artichoke-tomato and herb sauté, saffron aioli, vegetable du jour and roasted potatoes.

 Sommelier’s recommendation:   Wine- Sciarpa Pinot Grigio      Beer – Blue Mountain Rockfish Wheat

 Crab Linguine – $18

Fried crab balls and sliced avocado served on top of linguine noodles tossed with corn salsa, red peppers and fresh parsley in a lobster cream sauce.

 Sommelier’s recommendation :    Wine – Domaine De La Tour Chardonnay     Beer – Ommegang Rare Vos

 Brown Sugar Chicken – $17

Brown sugar and ginger rubbed chicken breast served with almond-amaretto paste, fresh apple cinnamon sauce, crisp granny smith apples, vegetable du jour and roasted potatoes.

 Sommelier’s recommendation:   Wine – Ramon Bilboa Tempranillo     Beer – Humboldt Brown Ale

 Dessert

 Chocolate Cake- $6

Rich chocolate cake with oreo chunks served with chocolate syrup and Homestead Creamery Cookies’n’Cream ice cream.

 Lemon Cream Pie – $6

Fresh lemon curd baked in a wafer crust topped with vanilla meringue.
