2. Citrus Herb Risotto- Creamy risotto with caramelized orange segments, fresh thyme, and goat cheese topped with fresh pomagranite seeds, toasted almonds and parsley.  Served with sliced baguette.

3.Duck Ragu with Penne- Slow cooked duck meat simmered in a rich tomato sauce over al dente penne pasta.  Served with sliced baguette.
