Stuffed Mushroom – $4

Baked jumbo mushroom stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese over peach puree.

 Mahi-Mahi – $4

Smoky paprika seared mahi-mahi over tangy remoulade, heirloom tomatoes, and micro-greens.

 Second Course

 Green Leaf Salad – $5

Chopped green leaf lettuce, feta cheese, avocado, red onion and pomegranate vinaigrette.

 Salmon Chowder – $5

Hearty chowder of Atlantic salmon, corn, potatoes, celery, and herbs.

 Main Course

 Steak Medallions – $19

Rosemary grilled beef medallions with mixed mushroom cream sauce over creamy asiago polenta and sautéed yellow squash.

Baked Chicken – $17

Herb seasoned chicken breast baked with an almond, apple and derby sage breading finished with granny smith apple coulis.  Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed squash.

  Blackened Snapper – $18

Lightly blackened red snapper fillet over a bell pepper risotto cake and sweet creamed corn, finished with soffrito sauce and heirloom cherry tomatoes.

 Chocolate Cake- $6

Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, and chocolate frosting, served with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.

Blackberry Mousse – $6

Rich blackberry mousse topped with crushed almonds, chocolate sauce, white chocolate mousse and blackberries.
