Valentines Day Celebration

 First Course 

Fried Ravioli-$7

Deep fried wild mushroom ravioli with fresh Roma tomato bruschetta.

Fig Crostini-$7

Champagne cheddar cheese on toasted baguette with fig chutney, raspberry reduction and micro-greens.

Scallop-$8

A jumbo seared sea scallop with a shiitake mushroom cream sauce and bacon foam.

Chicken Satay-$6

Asian marinated chicken skewer with a Thai peanut sauce and crisp carrot chips.

 Second Course 

Roasted Red Pepper and Shrimp Bisque-$6

Red pepper broth with blackened shrimp, asiago cheese, fresh basil, and a lemon crème fraiche.

French Country Salad-$8

Duck confit, gorgonzola cheese, toasted almonds, over arugula greens tossed in champagne vinaigrette.

Warm Spinach Salad-$7

Wilted baby spinach leaves, green onion, feta cheese, and boiled egg with a smoky, bacon vinaigrette.

 Main Course 

Filet Oscar-$28

Grilled filet mignon with Chesapeake lump crab meat, grilled asparagus, rich hollandaise sauce and blue cheese mashed potatoes.

Stuffed Portobello-$18

Grilled portobello cap stuffed with pear, basil, and arborio rice with a peanut and sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Served with grilled asparagus spears.

Sea Scallops-$22

Pan seared sea scallops with a champagne cheddar Mornay sauce.  Served with Sambuca sautéed spinach.

Veal Roulade-$21

Veal scaloppini stuffed with sliced Proscuito de Parma, fresh mozzarella and a spicy bell pepper sauce.  Served over a garlic orzo.

Swordfish-$23

Chile rubbed over a chipotle chili sauce with roasted corn puree and crisp tortillas.  Served with southwest seasoned quinoa.

Duck-$24

Oven roasted duck breast, cooked medium over a sweet potato risotto with arugula leaves and  fig chutney.  

Dessert 

Tropical Pot de Crème-$6

Mango infused pot de crème topped with fresh mango salsa and whipped key lime cream.

“Milk and Oreo’s”-$7

A ‘cookie’ of creamy cheesecake between Oreo crusts served with a ‘glass’ of vanilla crème anglaise.

Death by Chocolate-$8

Layer after layer of rich decadent chocolate cake served with whipped cream.

Raspberry Napoleon-$7

Fresh raspberries layered with puff pastry and French pastry cream, showered with powdered sugar and raspberry coulis.
