Soup du Jour”- 1. Wisconsin Cheddar Ale 2. Chicken and Dumplings

“Cheese Plate”-  Asiago/ Dutch Gouda/Montchevre Goat

“Vegetable du Jour”-Sauteed Zucchini and Squash.

“Small Plate Specials”

1. Tabouleh Salad- traditional mediterranean tabouleh salad served inside a cup of Boston bib lettuce. 

2. Lollipop Lamb Chop over a black eyed pea puree with a drizzle of herb oil.

3. Deep Fried Gnocchi-  deep fried gnocchi in a rich alfredo sauce, with green onion, bleu cheese, and crisp bacon.

“Dinner Entree Specials”

1. Rack of Lamb- Herb crusted rack of lamb served with a classic Tabouleh salad with a spoon of cucumber-mint cream.

2.Shrimp Skewer-  A large skewer of grilled tiger shrimp over a bed of braised endive with a sour cherry compote and toasted almonds.  Served with mashed potatoes.

3. Mediterranean Risotto- Diced eggplant, tomato, and basil tossed with creamy arborio rice, a three cheese blend and topped with toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

“Desserts”

1. “Better than Sex” chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.

2. Creamy cheesecake with a bourbon, cranberry topping.

3. Vanilla Pot de Creme with fresh berries and toasted almonds on top.
