2. Wild Mushroom Risotto- A blend of wild forrest mushrooms tossed with white wine, sage, and creamy risotto rice, topped with a green onion puree.  Served with sliced baguette.

3. Mussels Soffrito- Green tip mussels and chorizo sausage tossed in spanish soffrito over angel hair pasta with a drizzle of safron aioli on top.  Served with sliced baguette.
