Dinner Specials for this evening:

Soups:
*Bacon, Blue Cheese and Potato, and Winter Mediterranean

Entrees:
*Crab Stuffed Chicken Saltenbocco: over rice and asparagus with
artichoke hearts, mushrooms and capers in a cream sauce.
*Four Cheese Stuffed Tilapia (only 2 left): stuffed with mascarpone, goat & cream cheese, finished w/ asiago breadcrumbs and lemon beurre blanc.  Served with asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes on the side.
